Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product compatibility issues (please verify before purchase)
Timeframe for Returns:
- Damage/Wrong Product: Report within 2 days of delivery.
- Other Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Processing for Mistaken Orders:
- Orders below ₹999: ₹200 deduction
- ₹1,000 - ₹2,500: ₹300 deduction
- ₹2,501 - ₹5,000: ₹500 deduction
- ₹5,001 - ₹10,000: ₹800 deduction
Condition for Returned Items:
Items showing signs of use (scratch, dirt, smell, etc.) or otherwise in a condition other than received cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items such as food serving products, ceramics, cutlery, fragile items, handicrafts, and those with slight color and texture differences are non-returnable.
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Timeframe for Exchanges:
Initiate exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
Items showing signs of use or in a condition other than received cannot be exchanged. Replacements are issued only after receiving the incorrect or damaged item.
Order Cancellation / Modifications:
Orders can be modified or canceled only if their status is "Order Received." Once the status is "Order Processed," cancellations or modifications are not possible.
Defects:
Tea Rose does not provide direct warranties but will assist with any manufacturer warranties.

All returned items undergo quality checks. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if items do not meet our standards.
